The location was excellent, staff were very nice and very helpful. Breakfast was very good, lots of it and good quality.
The shower was very small. Larger people may struggle to even get through the door. That said the water pressure was very good.

Nice quiet area on a canal, with grocery store very close! Comfy bed and fantastic continental breakfast delivered to your room. Lots of restaurants nearby. 10 minute walk to train station/bus station. 30 minute walk to Saint Mark’s square.
Air conditioning was adequate but not enough cooling in high temperatures of the summer heat wave. Our shower was tiny, but we managed! Stairs … no elevator.
