It was clean and a good price. Located at a nice square.

The check in was at a different location - we didn’t realize and walking with baggage was difficult.

Location is excellent, great neighborhood and right off the Square. Room was good sized, clean and comfortable.

No view, windows couldn’t be open due to the heat, but they do look out over the alley. I don’t stay in the room, I come for the travel. Stairs are no problem for me.

We stayed for one night on our last night as we were leaving very early in the morning for the airport, so we only really stayed there a few hours. It was fine for these purposes, close walking distance to the bus/ train station, clean and comfortable enough, and seemed to have everything we needed. There was extra bedding, towels, a hair dryer, and a kettle in the room. The staff upon check-in was lovely, funny, and welcoming. We really liked the square that the building was near, it had a nice atmosphere with a couple of bars but we didn't experience any noise from the street in our room so it was nice to have a last drink before heading to bed.

I think it was fine for what we needed. Quite a few rooms (maybe 3/4?) were sharing one bathroom on each floor. The walls were quite thin, we could sometimes hear our neighbors. The check-in location is different but close and around the corner from the building with the rooms. I don't recall there being step-free access to the rooms, though I might be wrong about that. It sounds like a lot of complaining but the place wasn't terrible at all, a perfectly acceptible budget hotel. None of this was an issue for us at all as we had such a short stay there, but if I were to return and stay longer I might choose somewhere else.
