The location was perfect for our needs, close to the beach, Broughty Ferry town centre and Castle Green. Jennifer was very accomodating and friendly.
The double bed in the main bedroom was very creaky and bolts kept dropping out of it, and the sleeping layout wasn't actually ideal for a family of 4 with an adult son and young daughter. It would have been fine if they were younger and happier to share a room but he prefers his own space now and the sofa bed is in the small living area. There was also no sheet provided to fit on the sofa bed.

Very tiny thing - the living room couch is slightly uncomfortable but appreciate that can’t really be helped as it’s a sofa bed and choices are limited by the space available. We managed perfectly well!

Prachtig, stijlvol en gezellig ingericht appartement, goed uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt. Heerlijke douche en comfortabele bedden. Ideale locatie op loopafstand van het strand én de stad. Vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar.
Echt een kleinigheidje: de centrale verwarming had een wat lastig te bedienen systeem, waardoor de temperatuur soms wat schommelde. Vooral de badkamer bleef koud. Met een korte uitleg vooraf zou dit eenvoudig op te lossen zijn.

Fabulous property. Light design particularly made the ambience wonderful. Excellent location.
A bath would have been good for warming up after being at the beach. However the shower is excellent.
