Spacious, modern 3 bedroom luxury flat in centre location

The place was indeed spacious and well maintained.

Unexpected that there was no elevator as we had some luggage. It could be listed so the renter can be reminded before they book.

Great space and very comfortable bed. Everything we required was available. We always look for no smoking, no pets, wifi, 2 toilets and parking. This fulfilled our expectations.

Not really keen on the fabric conditioner used for the bedding and towels. It was a really overpowering scent.

Great spacious flat right in the centre of Broughty Ferry. Our hosts were able to sort out a couple of small issues very quickly. There were four of us staying and it was ideal for us.

Nothing to criticise.

Excellent location. Didnt know it was top floor flat until after we booked so family couldnt visit owing to mobility issues

Cutley drawer kept disconnecting. Frying pan a hazard as was sliding off the cooker when hot, no tea towels, shower guard was leaking and water went on floor, sink stopper got stuck so dirty water pooled in en suite upstairs basin and drained eventually overnight, chairs very unstable so didnt feel safe to use.. we didnt allow the children to use. Battery in key really tempermental for exit barrier. We had a lovely time but property really needs some attention in areas. Feels like the furniture has been done on a shoestring
