Overall good but shame about the last minute change of apartment by the host

Clean & modern. Good appliances. Good location.

This wasn't the apartment we booked. It was changed by the host on the day of arrival. It didn't have many windows. Loud music from below in the mornings, otherwise good.

Very central location. Spacious , modern, cosy, flat, very comfy beds. Well equipped kitchen. Only minutes walk from the train station, shopping centre round the corner & within walking v distance of various Attractions.

My stay was very short. The apartment was comfortable apart from the lack of heating at times.

The apartment was quite comfortable and clean. Very well equipped.

My visit was in late December and the weather was very cold. The fact that the central heating switched off automatically by 9pm and did not switch on again until well after 10am was ridiculous considering the time of year - hence the average report.

Comfortable and spacious

It was very spacious, well equipped with comfortable beds and a good bathroom. it was also very well located and we walked to everywhere we wanted to go. The car park was nearby. Casa FresaDundee staff responded very quickly and pleasantly to my booking queries.

Great apartment! Location was perfect to access transport links and the centre of the city. The host was very good at responding to questions / queries.

There were a couple of minor maintenance issues. They didn't affect our stay, and the host was grateful that we let them know.

This is a really good choice of apartment, clean ,well appointed and in a central location.

The Apartment was in a very central location , It was very clean and well equipped and the bottle of local wine and shortbread were a lovely gesture. There was also parking at the end of the street in a council run car park.

The kitchen/dining/livingroom was a little dark, the window faces the wall of the church next door, so there is not much to be done about that.

A most enjoyable stay, the facilities are first class and we have recommended them to friends alread

Apartment facilities were self-catering. Central location was ideal for all activities, everything was within easy walking distance. Apartment rooms were spacious and immaculate throughout. Would definitely choose to stay again.

With the usually warm weather, even with all the windows open there was not enough ventilation to cool the rooms down during the night. As this could be more frequent in the future provision of fans maybe a consideration?
