Central location, accessible property staff who responded quickly to issues raised though unable to resolve them immediately

Kitchen families were disappointing, fridge had been switched off so was defrosting and unusable; smoke alarm had been covered by a plastic bag

We loved the location of the appartement, it was in the centre but quite.

We had a appartement on the second floor, it was a bit inconvenience with all the luggage and the Baggy.

Here for work, did the job for myself and colleague, clean, central location and easy to get to

Central location, ideal for our visit to Dundee where we were working. Rooms were clean, tidy and nice living space

Only slight negative was a small damp smell coming from the ensuite but opened the window which seemed to solve the issue. Parking is short stay for 1 hour outside the property but you cna find longer stay paid parking near by. All explained in the welcome book.

we were unable to turn off the heating and only made aware about the energy allowance of £6.67 the day of our stay, this was impossible to stay within while showering 5 people in the electric shower daily, never mind lighting, and occasionally using the oven, phone chargers and washing machines especially during the cost of living crisis. I was expecting a higher energy cap for the cost of the property. the floors weren’t overly flat and a few cracks in the walls, person sleeping on the sofa bed had to wedge pillows in to try and keep it up as it kept falling, other than that everything was good.

Great base to visit Dundee from at a low cost.

Visited Dundee to attend the Ancrum centre for a Coasteering symposium with colleagues. An ideal base located within walking distance to the centre. A clean, comfortable and spacious apartment with lots of utilities. Good value for money.

Accept this is an old building; the apartment has been tastefully developed BUT there is a serious problem with fousty damp smell in the bathrooms. We had candles lit when we were in, but came back in to the apartment to the same unpleasant aroma. Maybe have air fresheners throughout to counteract this

A pleasant place with good facilities and convenient location.

Location is great, near Overgate Mall and Reform Street, also near Seagate Bus Station and Wellgate. Facilities made it fell like a home away from home. Television included most channels and Netflix.

There is no lift. The two bed appartment had one bath/ toilet and was a bit cold even with the heating on.

The location was convenient. The conditions at night are peaceful and conducive to a good night's sleep. The washer and drying rack were helpful. Basic pantry staples were provided.

There is no lift so some stair climbing is needed.

Convenient for our purpose.

Kept hitting my head on the central lights in the seating/ kitchen area. The shower head shot out water out of the rear of the shower head causing the bathroom floor to get wet. Should have been checked, or noticed, by cleaning staff. General finish of flatlette a bit poor. Overlapping paint in door handles, loose screws on main door and no cover on meter box. Although the flat said it had Wo-Fi and gave a password it was next to useless. In fact it was a 100x better outside the apartment front door on the street than it was inside.

Apartment was in a great location walking distance to centre of town on 5 mins. The apartment was clean and had everything you needed.

Unfortunately the apartment was on the top (3rd) floor which had 4 flights of stairs over 50 steps to get to. This was an issue for a number of the guests.

Family holiday seeing family

Location and apartment was assessable to everywhere we needed to be. Not too noisey been so close to the city and brilliant to go out for food, shops and tourist spots. The apartment was clean and had everything we could have needed in it. Parking was a sortable. We paid a couple of hours on street parking. The rest of the time. It was free after 6 untill 8am. We parked at wellgate shopping centre when we needed nore hours. You can park your car and see it from outside the apartment.

Our only moan would be the bed. It was so hard that even the kids were offering their beds up. We did pay to have 5 staying with us but change of plans meant the sofa bed was available but that was better as a sofa. No hanging space in main bedroom. Normally not a problem but had a clothing for a wedding.
