Spacious Three Bedroom Detached Bungalow in Dundee with large Gardens

Location Facilities (trampoline/swing set especially) Spacious rooms Large kitchen diner that was well equipped (a corkscrew would be great though!) Heating was perfect, house was cosy Enclosed garden Secure garden Well kept garden Board games and books were a great addition

Maintenance was lacking throughout (holes in doors, large chunks of paint missing on skirtings etc, stained mattresses and mattress covers, loose light switch on the wall (dangerous), gardener and someone arriving to take bins out with no prior warning that they would be coming around. Booking for 3 bedrooms and 4 beds but arriving to find it’s 3 bedrooms and 3 beds: Host stated on contact that booking was for 1 person and I’d received a discount, I felt awful about this as I was sure I’d entered guest number correctly, I tried to change it but bdc wouldn’t allow it. I explained to host we had booked 3 bedrooms with 4 beds but there was only 3 beds. In the end we paid £100 more through bank transfer for the fourth room (we didn’t need a fourth room if one of the others had two singles like listing implied- 3 bedrooms/4beds.) No plug for bath or sinks (one out of 3 sinks had a plug). Tumble dryer would be extremely helpful as there’s a washing machine. There’s two smelly disused fridges within the kitchen area in the unit cupboards which should’ve been removed. Instead they’ve placed a large fridge at the other side of the kitchen. Shower in en suite the pressure is awful. Other shower pressure in main bathroom is electric and ok, not great but perfectly fine. Curtains in sitting room do not fit the patio doors and we had to use clothes pin to have them closed fully.

So much space. Great sunny gardens and good location. We will return.

Lovely bungalow. Well equipped and clean. Everything we needed. The children loved the garden, swings and trampoline.

Everything was fine.

I love everything about the property. The location is easy to get, and the house is very clean.

I can't really say or see any fault. I was satisfied with everything, it is a value for the money
