Very cosy, comfortable. and well equipped Only minutes away from Dundee, as well as the expansive beaches of Tentsmuir and St Andrews. Shops just a walk away. Kim helpful and friendly hostess. Highly recommended.

This is a lovely well-equipped house with a beautiful private garden and just minutes walk to the Tay and several nice walks.

We stayed in this home as part of dropping off our daughter at St. Andrews for college (traveling party was my wife, my daughter, and me); and it was perfect for that. Kim is so hospitable and easy to work with. The home was neat and clean, easy to use (well labeled in terms of how to use things) etc. It has 3 legit sleeping areas (we only needed two). The home is cozy in size (as one should expect in a smaller, European town), but was perfectly comfortable for us. It is about a 15 minute drive to St. Andrews. We definitely would stay here again (and may well do so, as we expect to make future trips).

We loved the cottage. Kim was a great host and even brought us coffee maker. She greated us with juice and bread and milk. The location was great for visiting the east coast of Scotland. The backyard gardens were fabulous. I highly reccomend it if you want a village feel and quiet location.
