Bedroom Three is also located upstairs and comfortably sleeps two guests.
There is a second shower room upstairs, along with a separate WC for added convenience.

Guest Access and Important Information
Guests have access to the entire property, including the private enclosed garden and conservatory.
Private gated parking is available for up to two vehicles within the driveway area.
One well behaved dog is welcome by prior arrangement. A pet fee applies and guests are asked to keep pets off the furniture.
Please note that the property is arranged over two floors, with approximately with stairs required to access the upstairs bedrooms and shower room. There is one small entrance step at the front of the property.
Families with young children should take care around the entrance gate, as neighbouring commercial premises may have vehicles entering and leaving during working hours.
