Casa Fresa - 224 King St

The location was perfect .

Tolle Lage mitten in Broughty Ferry, Apartment war neu und gut ausgestattet, Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat sich sofort um unsere Anliegen gekümmert

Apartment ist im Erdgeschoss (für den Ort absolut nicht ungewöhnlich!), allerdings standen Mülltonnen direkt vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster, also keine so tolle Aussicht

The property was very central and the bonus was having a parking space . It was very clean and had everything you needed for a few days away . It was light and airy and nicely decorated . I would stay here again without any hesitation

Was on a very busy street and parking was a nightmare was luck if you found anywhere near property, with being so close to busy road endless traffic noise was a big issue if you valued sleep so we chose back bedroom which was even worse as upstairs neighbour was walking around till early hourss and then went out at 6 am and as his car is parked right outside bedroom window and was very loud indeed when he started it up at 6am. So 2nd night went into front bedroom and had to put up with noise from road all night and then delivery Lorrie’s and buses tbh seeing past, so if you value sleep it’s not best option which is a shame as apartment is stunning and couldn’t fault that.We ended up cutting our stay short after two nights and going home as was way to noisy for us.
