The property spans three levels, with all three bedrooms upstairs. Bedroom one is a double, bedroom two is a king with en-suite bathroom, and bedroom three is a twin with two single beds. A further bathroom with a walk-in shower sits on the first landing. A desk and chair suit guests working remotely.
The living room has a formal sitting area with an antique marble fireplace and gas fire, plus a relaxed area with sofa and television. A separate dining room seats six. The kitchen has a range cooker, Bosch dishwasher and cafetiere. A rear utility room has a washing machine, iron and board, and clothes airer, but no tumble dryer.
Outside, there is a private, fully enclosed front and rear garden with a paved patio, suitable for children. Private parking is available for up to four cars via a fob, with street parking also available. Heating is gas central throughout, with a smart thermostat.
Please note there are ten steps at the entrance and twenty two internal stairs, with no lift, so the property is not suitable for guests with mobility needs. There is no bedroom on the ground floor. Maximum occupancy is six guests. The property is not pet friendly.
