Hotel Rosetta

Excellent accueil. Personnes extrêmement aimables et de très bon conseil. Bonne literie, linge de toilette abondant, bon petit déjeuner. Possibilité de laisser ses bagages avant le check-in ou après le check-out. Très bon emplacement: à proximité du port pour les ferry, château aragonais à 20 minutes à pied.

Rien de véritablement négatif.

La colazione con prodotti fatti in casa, la posizione dell'hotel e la gentilezza dello staff. La stanza è piccola ma i mobili sono in stile e nuovi, quando si aprono le ante si sente odore piacevole di legno.

La doccia è troppo piccola.

Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni fantastici in questa struttura e non avrei potuto chiedere di meglio. L'hotel è a gestione familiare e si respira un'atmosfera davvero accogliente. Il vero punto di forza è lo staff: tutti di una cordialità e disponibilità uniche (un grazie speciale ad Andrea!). La pulizia è curata nei minimi dettagli e la posizione è perfetta, proprio nel centro della città. Ci si sposta a piedi praticamente dappertutto senza alcuna fatica. Ho trovato utilissimo anche il parcheggio privato a disposizione degli ospiti. Menzione speciale per l'ottima colazione, varia e di qualità. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Wonderful cute hotel in the center of Ischia. Not even 10 minutes walking distance from the port. The bus to Maronti beach and many other bus destinations stop in front of the hotel. The breakfast was excellent. Our room was cleaned every day and we received clean towels. Andrea and Filomena were so kind and helpful. They also give beach towels and you can hang up your beach clothes for drying. The last night my husband got food poisoning and they were very accommodating to check out a bit later. Definitely a hotel to recommend and we will certainly come back again. Thank you Andrea and Filomena!
