The thermal pools and the location.
The breakfast offering was terrible, cheap sliced ham, fake juice, no cooked food other than hard boiled eggs. Dreadful, expecting much more at these rates.

thermal pool and baths, longer check out. My overal score is higher only due to kind employees of the hotel and hotter pool water.
tons of old people with judgemental looks, miniature variety for breakfast. You cant do a sht without knowing italian. I asume that bath "hats" needs to be worn at pool but none told us, and all instructions were in italian, but tons of old people had horrible looks at us.
