Renovated apartment with garden and parking space

Apartamentul este superb. Complet utilat, modern si foarte curat. Iar gradina cu masa si scaune intregeste peisajul. Totul a fost perfect.

It is a very comfortable, cozy, well-equipped and clean apartment. A lot of space, and literally everything was available there: air conditioner, TV, Internet, washing machine, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, a lot of kitchen appliances, perfectly equipped bathroom, etc… It is at the ground floor, so no problem with the elevator or stairs. In addition, it has a nice fenced outdoor area with parking for a car and a terrace with a dinner table protected from the direct sunlight by a foldable tent. The location is perfect too - this apartment is in a walking distance from everything we needed: beach area, bakery/ cafeteria, fruits/ vegetables stand, local farmers’ market (on Mondays and Fridays only - highly recommended to visit for everybody, it is a very Greek experience), 2 supermarkets, beach bars and seafood restaurants, Peraia town center and the pier where the shuttle boat to/from Thessaloniki stops.

It seems, this apartment’s price is a little bit too high, but this is only our opinion. Nothing to blame, we like everything here!

Location, garden, parking and kitchen equipment

The apartment was cozy, clean and kitchen was fully equipped. Comfortable and safe parking of car. Perea beach is just few meters away, walking distance. Loved it!
