Miljanić Beachside Apartment Perea

Fantastic stay, highly recommended! The apartment was exceptionally clean, very close to the beach, and has an excellent layout with comfortable beds. It is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need—from a perfect kitchen where everything works, to beach essentials like umbrellas and towels. The terrace is absolutely amazing! On top of that, the host was wonderful. He gave us clear instructions and fantastic recommendations on what to see, where to shop, and which beaches to visit. Everything was perfect!

Noting to complain

The apartment is in a perfect location, as it is very close to the beach (2 minutes on foot). There is also a large car park in the courtyard. We really liked the apartment, as it was very cosy and had everything we needed (even a dishwasher and 2 air conditioners). Those arriving by plane can only bring hand luggage. All toiletries, shampoo, dish soap, etc. were already provided. The apartment and the neighbourhood are very quiet. The mosquito nets were also a big plus. There is also a large balcony, which we were able to enjoy all day long as it was in the shade for most of the day. The owner is a very nice person and communication with him was quite easy. He was available at all times.
