Great location, helpful owners

I really enjoyed my stay here. Great location with yummy onsite restaurant (especially chicken/avo pasta!) and several more cafes within walking distance. Clean, light and spacious room and semi-outdoor bathroom with large bathtub. Wifi worked well in my room (villa 3). Breakfast was yum, especially the pancakes! Leony’s Spa about 5-10min walk away had amazing and cheap massages etc right on the water. All bungalow staff welcoming and friendly although seemed a little unsure at times. But Aussie owners Shaun and Lisa very proactive with any issues that arose. Truck taxi 100k from yellow bridge (or 50k by scooter) and easy scooter rental 100m down the road if you want to explore the island on two wheels.

Sometimes the music/restaurant could be loud (but it is a restaurant/sports bar after all), but it always stopped by 8-8.30pm each night, so didn’t bother me that much.

Mista Ceningans was a gorgeous, friendly home away from home for 3 days - we highly recommend it!

We loved the style of the bungalows and the outdoor bathroom. The view was fantastic - our bungalow overlooked the pool. It was so interesting seeing the tidal changes and watching the seaweed farming each morning. The location was great - opposite a small shop for some essentials and walking distance to other restaurants, however, the food at Mista Ceningans was outstanding and we ate there quite a lot. Happy hour was actually 3 hours! The staff were friendly and helpful. Amanda was overseeing whilst the owners were away and was so knowledgable about the area, where to go/what to see & do. We felt like we were hanging out with friends!

There was a drying rack and one space to hang clothes in the room, however, with the two of us we could have used more hanging space, so some extra hooks on the wall in the bathroom and bedroom would have been great.

Beautiful outlook to the ocean and seaweed farms. Fab pool and lounges. Loved the busy restaurant at night. Owners Lisa and Sean helpful and knowledgeable.

Stairs, which is a "me" problem, as all over Nusa Ceningan have stairs, and I have dodgey knees.

This is a gem

The location is beautiful. Nusa Cennigan is absolutely sublime. Perfect getaway if you want to relax and do very little. Lisa and Shaun are really helpful, recommending all the best things to do on the island, and they are well-liked by staff, and genuinely invested not only in the property but also in the island and the local people. I found out from locals ( when they gave me scooter rides) that they invest their time, money, and heart into the local school and other projects. When I found this out, I liked them even more!

All the usual little things went wrong - Bali belly, taxi driver not coming, water filter not working - but it is easier to manage when you are staying in a place with helpful and caring staff.

An amazing place, really worth visiting :)

The place is absolutely stunning! The bungalow was pretty, comfortable, and very clean, with a beautiful view of the ocean or the algae fields – depending on the tide. The owners and all the staff are amazing and very helpful – they can arrange everything you need to get there and to have a great stay! The breakfasts and all the food were really delicious, and the Bintang is definitely the coldest on the island! It truly is a piece of paradise!

The nicest food we have ever eaten in Bali, Lembognan and Cennigan so reasonably priced too ( Eye Fillet and the Rice Paper Rolls especially delightful ) .. the MOST coldest beers 🍻 super friendly and awesome Aussie owners 🫶🏻 we will be back!!! and now would not stay anywhere else already planning next stay could not recommend Mistas anymore more highly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing hosts. Fantastic resort

From arriving and greeted by Lisa and Shaun started what would be a amazing 3 days. The bungalows are beautiful and the outdoor shower with freestanding bath tub was so nice. And hot showers to get all the sunscreen off. Great location just up the hill is the blue lagoon a beautiful place to watch the sunset but it just as beautiful from the pool area here. Shaun organised our snorkel trip and scooters to get around on and his dad jokes are a little bit funny. Nothing was an issue when we asked and the food was great too. Lisa is holding our bags there while we are on Gili and she is having a driver drop them off to the port when we return to go to sanur. Will 100% be back And they had the coldest Bintang on the island. It was a Win Win

The owner Shaun and Lisa are so welcoming and accommodating. I can’t praise them highly enough. It was like staying with family. (You know the good family) the villas are cute, comfortable with heaps of character. And wow the BEST FOOD on the island. We are our way through the menu and will return for more CFC!!! Thank you for making our stay so epic. We are missing Komodo our Bali dog.

A small place with BIG heart! Simple but efficient. We will return.

We chose this place, in the beginning because what was available on the dates we wanted in the area (last minute decision). But we ended up liking it very much! With the new owner Lisa & Shawn and staffs they were making sure that we have all what we needed. We just loving all about the place: cute 4-5 cottages, open air bathroom, clean, comfort and quiet 😉. All is simple. Breakfast is good, dinner a la carte by the water at algae-culture plantation is magique. So close to the Yellow Bridge if we want to go across the Lembongan Island. And scoopy-motirbike is handy and for 5-6€ /day you get around the Island in a zip! So all is surely make us happy start at Mista.

The KUBU 221 is elegant in its simplicity. Lovely cabins. Stunning semi-outdoor bathrooms. The best food on the island. A great location where you may get a few more local island insights than over in Lembongan. Best of all is a very welcoming team. I felt very much at home watching the sunsets over the sea from the restaurant and pool.

Everything was wonderful but we couldn’t stay because for some reason the Booking.com website double-booked the property. We arrived and Lisa and Shaun explained they were already fully booked. They were so lovely and helpful, they sorted us with alternative accommodation. We were glad we got to meet them regardless.

Lovely stay with a perfect view and two nice owners

Shaun and Lisa were really nice hosts and gave good advices and fulfill needs. Their spot is the right place to chill, in front of this amazing landscape and the food is really good, especially this burger with Australian meat ! The Villas are nice as well and the people really at your service and kind. and apparently it’s the cheapest Bingtang of all the island ! ;)

Beautiful stay at Ceningan

This accommodation has been newly renovated and presentation was lovely. The outdoor bathroom and room was beautifully decorated. We dined at the restaurant, Mista Ceningan Beach Bar, during our stay and the food was exceptional.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

目の前と横にお店があるので便利

夜は水が出なくなりオーナーにメールしたが朝まで返信がなく水も朝まで出なかった。シャワーの途中で水がなくなるのは考えられない。もちろんトイレも流せない。こんな宿は初めて。ホテルなら24時間対応してくれるが朝まで返信がないのは本当に駄目。私たちはバイクを持っていたがバイクがないならイエローブリッジまで迎えに来てくれるとメールがありましたが 1キロしか離れてないのに200000ルピアだと言われた。バカにしてますね。チュニをガンとレンボンガンにはグラフで車を手配できないのでバイク乗れない方にはお勧めしません。基本バリ島より食事も高い。

De eigenaren en het personeel zijn ontzettend aardig, ze willen overal over meedenken, en het is er ontzettend gezellig. Je hebt een prima zwembad, en een uitstekend restaurant. De huisjes zijn dikke prima! Je kan ook de ' zee ' in, aan het eind van de dag veranderd de zee in een zeewierplantage, wat een ontzettend gaaf gezicht is... nogmaals de eigenaren zijn echt schatten, je voelt je ontzettend snel thuis.

Als je niet super kritisch ingesteld bent viel eigenlijk niks tegen.

Lovely

Door een verandering in onze trip kwamen we last minute bij dit gezellige Australische stel Lisa en Shaun. Heerlijk schoon huisje en het eten is heerlijk. Je kan lekker bij het zwembad liggen maar als je van het strand houdt zoals wij huur je een scooter en rij je naar Suku Beach Club bij Mahana point. Daar is een heerlijk strandje. Het personeel bij Mista is supervriendelijk en lief. Onze dochter werd tijdens ons verblijf 16 en Lisa heeft een prachtige Red Velvet taart geregeld. S’ochtends is het leuk om de mensen op de zeewierplantages te zien werken.

Badewanne ist eine Mogelpackunh, weil nicht genug Heißwasser

Sauberer Bungalow, höfliches einheimisches Personal. Der australische Gastgeber spricht zwar nicht indonesisch ist aber sehr freundlich.

Heißes Wasser Maximal 2 Minuten. Die Badewanne kann man deshalb nur mit kalten Wasser nutzen aber wer will das schon. Im Badezimmer regnet es von oben überall rein. Wir werden dort nicht wieder übernachten. Der Heißwassertank hat nur 5 Liter.

Poussez la porte du Kubu et faites le plein de good vibes. ici la bonne humeur et la joie de vivre des propriétaires sont communicatives. On s’y sent bien immédiatement. Très bonne table “fait maison” pour les repas au bord du lagon. Spot ideal pour rayonner sur Lembogan.
