For a visit to Grenoble a good option

Having a garage is a big advantage. The apartment has all the basics and was clean. The location is about 15 min from the city center.

We got the instructions for access to the apartment and garage as we were just minutes away, which made our arrival a bit stressful. All worked out in the end. The garage is close by but has a different address than the apartment. You should bring everything you need for the kitchen and coffee, as only the basics are provided. The information for entry to the apartment and garage was difficult to read (small print).

Negligence of the staff

I lost my reservation and money because the personnel didn’t answer on time my question whether they had received the prepayment. 2 hours before my arrival, when I asked about how I would get the keys for the apartment, they just said that I wouldn’t get them at all because I didn’t transfer the prepayment. They haven’t even sent me again the link for the prepayment. They just said: “sorry” and kept the money and the apartment free. Meantime I had to find another hotel…

Horrible experience

The apartment is OK but the neighborhood is very very bad. The apartment is with garage which is good but after I checked out I parked the car on the street in the neighborhood. When I came back I found the the car with the rear window smashed and my backback stolen. Spent the whole day at the Police Nationale.

Parking non clearly indicated. Elevator size is just for one person, too small. The apartment entirely smell of smoke (laundry, pillows, tents), the toilet paper roll was used. In the bathroom there wasn’t shampoo or shower gel.

Un appartement spacieux, subtilement conçu & décoré, calme & traversant, avec balcons de chaque côté

Un grand appartement deux pièces, spacieux, haut de plafond, clair et lumineux, subtilement décoré, plutôt calme et traversant, au 4e étage d'un immeuble des années 40 (avec ascenseur), avec la piscine "Bulle d'O" à quelques dizaines de mètres, dans la même rue. Équipement ciné / vidéo assez chouette, dès lors que l'on sait s'en servir. Cuisine fonctionnelle, juste ce qu'il faut pour un séjour de quelques jours. Chambre agréable et calme, bien conçue, avec la salle d'eau attenante, et douche ouverte sur le grand lit queen size, très propice a des moments intimes et langoureux pour les amoureux, par ex.

La réservation a été effectuée en dernière minute, certes, un dimanche de surcroît, mais il a été impossible de joindre l'hôte au numéro renseigné, ce qui peut s'avérer gênant, en hiver par ex, ou si vous avez des enfants, le cas échéant. L'appel du service clients Booking a heureusement pu débloquer le processus de récupération des clés et infos d'accès, mais après 19h00. Nous n'avons pas réussi à comprendre où se trouvait le garage, malgré nos tentatives autonomes, et les pass fournis dans le trousseau. On s'est débrouillés tout seul, et l'on a pu se garer plutôt facilement dans les environs (stationnement payant en journée en semaine). Dans la cuisine, y trouver quelques ustensiles supplémentaires comme un économe, une paire de ciseaux, un casse-noix, des verres à vin, un fond de liquide vaisselle, du sel, du poivre ou encore un peu d'huile serait un vrai plus.

Appartement impossible à récupérer et malhonnêteté.

Étant donné que je n'ai jamais pu accéder au logement, il est compliqué d'aimer quelque chose.

L'hôte n'a envoyé les accès qu'à 20h le soir (l'arrivée est prévue à 16h dans leur annonce). Il est inconcevable de laisser des personnes à la rue, sans possibilité de les contacter. J'ai envoyé des messages depuis booking, par sms, je les ai également appelés sur les deux numéros que j'avais à ma disposition. A noter qu'ils facturent le garage dès lors que vous avez reçu les instructions même si celui-ci n'a pas été utilisé... Après avoir pris contact avec le service client de booking, qui ont essayé également de les contacter en vain, j'ai obtenu le remboursement du logement. Attention à vous lors de vos réservations, je ne le recommande aucunement.

Assistenza pessima

Posizione centrale, quartiere sporco con strani movimenti notturni. Siamo tornati a piedi verso le 22 con due bimbi e non mi sono sentito sicuro.assistenza telefonica al cek in inesistente , abbiamo aspettato un' ora per ricevere una risposta per come prendere la chiave( istruzioni poco chiare sul come aprire la porta del palazzo) . Consiglio alla gestione : rispondete al telefono...casa con odore sgradevole e anche se appena ristrutturata , sembra tutto arrangiato Asciugamani con odore sgradevole , sensazione di sporcizia... Mensole del letto che tendevano a staccarsi , cavi volanti...insomma non lo consiglio

Très déçu, personne ne décroche au téléphone !heureusement une personne se la résidence m'a gentillement ouvert afin d'accéder au boitier! La tv ne fonctionnait pas Le mini bar était vide, même pas une bouteille d'eau, pas de quoi prendre un café! Aucune indication pour trouver le garage Il faisait très froid dans l'appartement.

Le service proposé N’étais pas au rendez vous Un peu déçu du séjour. Le logement est joli, mais il n’y avait rien dans le minibar alors que c’était mentionné dans la description. J’avais aussi demandé un brunch pour le 9 au matin, qui n’a finalement pas été livré.

Un cauchemar

Je suis vraiment déçu par mon séjour dans cet établissement. Le propriétaire n’a pas été du tout accueillant, et il manquait complètement de flexibilité. J’ai rencontré plusieurs problèmes lors de mon séjour, et plutôt que d’essayer de les résoudre, il a montré un manque total de professionnalisme et d’empathie. De plus, il n’a pas été réactif face à mes demandes. Cela a vraiment gâché l’expérience, et je ne recommande pas cet endroit à ceux qui cherchent un service de qualité. Un meilleur accueil et une plus grande souplesse seraient vraiment nécessaires pour améliorer la satisfaction des clients.

Appartement très bien aménagé (sauf l’écran géant pour le home cinéma qui ne fonctionnait pas)

Le luxury cinéphile est complètement usurpé car le projecteur ne fonctionnait pas. Aucun dédommagement compte tenu de cette indisponibilité (au contraire, goodies offerts si noté de 10 attribué…). La chambre et le salon ne peuvent pas être isolés en terme de luminosité ce qui oblige à un coucher simultané entre enfants et adultes. Immeuble très bruyant.

Refus par le propriétaire de nous laisser accéder à la location pourtant payée alors que nous étions arrivés sur place. Le système de caution ne fonctionne pas et il n'en est proposé aucun autre. Impossible de se faire rembourser notre séjour. Nous avons dû rentrer prématurément. A fuir.

Em sembla que l'allotjament correspon a una estafa. No recomano aquest apartament.

Vaig fer la reserva el 8 de setembre, amb el pagament sol.licitat i vaig rebre la confirmació el mateix dia (reserva 4470649759). L'entrada era el dia 14 de setembre i la sortida el 15 de setembre. El propietari, dos dies abans de l'entrada, em va enviar un correo sol.licitant una fiança de 450€. Si no feia el pagament, no em garantien l'entrega de les claus. No vaig fer el pagament i quan vaig arribar a l'allotjament, vaig trucar a la propietat varies vegades, vaig deixar missatges i no va contestar. El servei d'atenció al client de Booking també va trucar a la propietat i tampoc va obtenir resposta. No vam poder allotjar-nos a l'apartament.
