A nice place well located, super convenient

The place is large with a separate bedroom a living room. Well located near the train station and the commodities. Manager are very responsive

Only recommend for 1 night stopover… because it’s close to railway station

the location is good and practical. It’s just behind the railway station, only 5 minutes on foot.

we only found 2 cups (1 cup is even damaged) in the apartment. I booked the appt for 2 adults and 1 kid. when we arrived, we did not find pillow, quilt or sheet for the sofa bed. Furthermore, we founs the cover of the quilt was still wet… we used the hair dryer to dry the cover before using….

A short visit in Grenoble

Good central location

After paying I was asked to make a deposit of 300 + 100euros. This condition was not stated when I booked. I think that's not correct.

If you don't mind the stairs, convenient stay in Grenoble.

Easy free parking on the street. Very central. Fairly modern apartment, well equipped.

Fridge didn't work (made noises but no cooling at all).

The only problem was that the address on booking.com email was on the other side of the city from the actual apartment. We went there first before finding out it was elsewhere.

Deposit is a fraud

They have charged my credit card with a deposit of 300€. They didn’t „block“ the amount from my credit card, as it is common in all hotels worldwide, but they charged the amount. I haven’t received it back since I left, which is about 2 weeks ago.

La vétusté du sol et de la porte des toilettes. Le manque de propriété sur la porte d'entrée int/ext, sur les tabourets du coin repas, sur la hotte aspirante, sur les casseroles et bouilloire électrique, et sur les rebords des fenêtres extérieurs.

Bien pour une nuit mais il ne faut pas être trop sensible au bruit

Bon emplacement proche de la gare. La cuisine est bien équipée pour se faire à manger Le marché le jeudi sur la petite place à coté est très bien.

La ventilation est très bruyante, le canapé est complétement usé. Un mode d'emploi pour faire fonctionner la TV serait nécessaire Comme mentionné dans d'autres commentaire, c'est très bizarre d'avoir des draps qui sèchent à coté du lit.

Je suis peut-être arrivé au mauvais moment.

L'emplacement.

Le sol est très abîmé par un dégât des eaux, encore humide par endroit. La porte des WC est cassée et ne ferme pas. Pas d'eau chaude en arrivant, obligé de laisser chauffer avant de prendre la douche. Il aurait été agréable de savoir cela en amont. J'aurais pu réserver un logement plus agréable.

Bon appartement pour un séjour de une ou deux nuits, propre et bien situé

Notamment l'emplacement : quartier agréable, bien situé et connecté. Propreté correcte. Appartement bien équipé et calme. Bien chauffé. Bonne organisation pour l'accueil, quoique pas très personnalisée.

Odeur à cigarette dans l'appartement. La demande de signature de contrat et de caution quelques jours après avoir réservé sur Booking perturbe un peu, car elle nous envoie vers un site extérieur et ce n'est pas annoncé au préalable. Peut être indiquer un peu mieux l'accès à l'appartement (ce n'est pas très bien expliqué).
