Just ok.

Location

Smell in the room (penalty coming from the bathroom) was not good. Air-condition/heating remote is missing. Window blinders didn't work in one window. Storage area four your belongings on the same drawer where the the cleaning supply and bucket for floor washing. Room is on the 3rd floor (American 4th) but no elivator.

Advertised as apartment with balcony, no room to sit outside, full of recycle bins, storage shed, cleaning supplies. Didn’t like the automatic scent dispenser, had to turn off

Small apartment close to free parking

This apartment has everything you need, and the location is perfect if you're traveling by car. There's a free parking lot nearby. Check-in and check-out were easy-peasy, the owner was nice and we were given a pass for our car.

It's a very *very* small apartment, the bed is also a bit small but comfy. Sound insulation wasn't great, the door is very small and very old. I'd strongly recommend replacing it. You can hear everything from the staircase and hallway. I wouldn't stay here for longer than a couple of nights or so.

Lo céntrico que estaba y sobretodo la atención del propietario.

Eche en falta poder cocinar.. no me fijé que no tenía al reservarlo pero para los pocos días que fui, no me supuso mucho problema.

Perfecto para tu viaje de visita a museos de automovil.

Buena Ubicación al centro, estación del Tren y si vas a visitar los Museos Ferrari u otros es perfecto. Habitación sencilla cómoda , buen baño. Apenas para lo que necesitas en tu viaje. Buena respuesta y atención a cliente.

Quitan la Calefacción en la noche y en la madrugada puede hacer frio. Pero se soluciono con otra cobija que me llevaron en la noche apenas llegue a la habitación. Un poco de ruido de los vecinos al llegar ya que la habitación tiene su entrada privada, pero el Hall si los demas no son respetuoso no hay nada que hacer y no tiene nada que ver con la habitacione. Depronto poner letreros o algo para mantener un ruido bajo en los pasillos.

Bonne adresse pour une ou deux nuits

Chambre et salle de bain de bonne taille. Très bien placé à 5-7min à pied du centre ville historique et à 15min à pied de la gare.

Logement situé dans une ancienne maison où l'isolation phonique n'est pas terrible et les voisins peu soucieux des autres Balcon peu accessible

Ottima posizione, silenziosissimo, accogliente e con ciò che serve per dei brevi soggiorno. Riferimento nella signora puntuale, cortese, gentile e disponibile.

Scala in filino stretta per salire con agio con i bagagli ma nulla di trascendentale.

Bien, si no eres muy exigente

Situación, en pleno centro. Precio. Contestan rápido (todo es online). Buen colchón y la ducha va de maravilla. La nevera estaba bien.

Es una habitación con un microondas, hervidor y algo de menaje dentro de un armario. Espacios muy reducidos. Limpieza, escasa. Si lleváis mucho peso o tenéis problemas de movimiento, no olvidéis que es un tercero sin ascensor (no era mi caso)

Es muy pequeño, incómodo para dos personas. Tiene una sola silla, una sola mesa de luz. Algunos elementos de cocina en un placard.. El edificio huele mal

Posizione comoda e centrale, check-in semplice e stanza ben arredata.

purtroppo il pomeriggio ha piovuto e in tutto lo stabile c'era un odore nauseabondo causato purtroppo dalla rete fognaria modenense. Questo è un aspetto da non sottovalutare per garantire il comfort dei clienti.
