The locality. The size of the accommodation
The bed was too soft for us. And the heating going off at set times. It was very cold

Location excellent.Town lovely. Location for a short break or Christmas getaway was very good. Nice to have beach walks and the harbour to see. Also Dunottar castle. All in all a good destination for a holiday.
In winter, an improved regulation of heating the property. As we stayed in the flat for Xmas dinner and most of the day, it became rather cold especially bedroom, hallway and bathroom. The living area was fine as it was supplemented with a fire. During most of the day the heating was programned to be off. Fine for summer but chilly in winter.
