You have to visit just for the view!

Amazing view, stunning. Staff were polite and helpful even though there was a language barrier. Large room/flat, very comfortable and relaxing stay, could have stayed longer.

Lovely scenic place to stay

The views from this hotel are amazing and it’s so peaceful. Lovely breakfast and evening meal. It was very hot during our stay and we missed having air conditioning in the room.

Passable

Nice hotel on the top of the hill. The kitchen is great, it's good to have dinner and breakfast there. As far as I saw, every room has a balcony, with a view to the other side of the hill. There is a quiet little village in the valley. The cleanliness was good.

Based on the furniture and the tiles it was last renovated around the 90's. The beds were squicky and made noise when you turn. Sitting on the balcony quietly is not possible as you can hear everything from the neighbors' rooms. Also sadly the walls are very thin, so you can hear the other rooms even with a closed balcony door. The majority of the staff doesn't speak English, and you kind of feel unwelcomed by using it.

I simple loved everything about traveling to the hotel and the food was delicious!!! Freshly cooked homemade food, the meat was just perfect and we all enjoyed it!

A wonderfully relaxing short stay with beautiful views from our room and great food.

A beautiful area with an excellent hotel. The food was delicious, particularly the meal that was prepared for my friend's 85th birthday. The breakfast was very good and there was plenty of choice. In the evenings, we were able to order a cold meal in preference to a meal from the menu. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hygiene concept was good. We felt very safe in this hotel. Everyone complied with the rules, wearing masks when walking round in the hotel and when going to and from their tables in the restaurant.

Zeer mooi landschap, maar hotel best te mijden.

Het uitzicht en de ligging waren fantastisch

wij waren nagenoeg de enige gasten. Er was niemand daar toen we aankwamen. Hebben toen gebeld en kregen een code om binnen te geraken. Het was er koud, stil en onaangenaam. De kamer was ruim, netjes en gezellig. We konden er niet eten 's avonds. Het was een beetje eng om als een van de enige gasten te zijn in zo een groot hotel. 's Morgens was de receptie wel bemand, maar wij waren de enigen aan het ontbijt. De ontbijtzaal was zeer groot, koud en kil. Het ontbijtbuffet zeer basic. Zeer ongezellige situatie. Wij voelden ons echt bekocht.

Prijs kwaliteit top!!

Grote kamer, beetje verouderd maar heel proper. Vernieuwde grote badkamer. Sauna of hamam werd op aanvraag aangezet, met badjas en grote badlakens. Motor kon in de garage geparkeerd worden. Ontbijt heel verzorgd, basic, maar alles aanwezig. Avondeten (HP) in orde.

Vanaf dit hotel kun je de prachtige omgeving zowel per motor als te voet verkennen.

Een fijn hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Heerlijk ontbijt en diner. Wij hadden de luxe van een zeer ruime kamer met een kitchenette. Het is er ontzettend stil. Vanuit dit hotel kun je mooie motorroutes beginnen in de Eifel, of een mooie wandeling in het achterland.

Het hotel is op enkele punten toe aan een upgrade, niet alleen door de wat gedateerde uitstraling, maar ook vanwege achterstallig onderhoud, maar dit heeft ons verblijf niet minder prettig gemaakt.

Locatie , old skool Duits hotel. Parkeren.

Vergane glorie , denk ze hun beste jaren al ver achter hun hebben gelaten. Ontbijt was somber en slecht aangevuld , avondeten was goed maar weinig keus , geen dessert 🤷. S avonds nog wat drinken in een bar of iets is er niet mogelijk. Ons uitzicht was helaas niet zoals bij andere recensies hier. Personeel doet wel hun best en is vriendelijk. Alles is wel schoon en opgeruimd.

Die Einrichtung ist auch wenn es zum gesamten Gebäude passt doch etwas veraltet und nicht mehr zeitgemäß.
