Het vriendelijke personeel. We voelden ons heel welkom en ze stonden voor ons klaar om het ons gemakkelijk te maken. Het eten bij het ontbijt en het diner was supergoed verzorgd. De locatie was voor ons perfect omdat het aan de Eifelsteig ligt.

Breakfast was very nice.
Check-in @ 15:00?!? Nobody was there and finally a kitchen help informed us that check-in was only as of 17:00. Then, when it was finally time to check in we were given the key to the wrong room. Felt quite amateuristic. Diner was chaotic.. as was the host..
