A relaxing and enjoyable weekend with the family.

We all had rooms with lake view and a balcony. The surroundings were very peaceful and quiet. The breakfast was very extensive with a wide selection of bread rolls, fillings and hot drinks. There was a compensation for not having the room cleaned daily.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but it is unfortunate that they barely speak any English.

Nice hotel in great quiet location near lake. Professional and helpful staff. Plentiful breakfast. Spacious suite with lakeview balcony.

Lovely location with beautiful lake on doorstep and able to walk all the way around (less than 3k). Excellent breakfast and really nice bar/cafe/restaurant lakeside about 1 minute walk.

a good weekend getaway

peaceful lake location with direct access to many well marked hikes. next to the lake. massage facilities on site with good availability and great massage. great breakfast.

walls were very thin and and duvets and pillows were lumpy and seemed old, but they were clean. my “lake view” room had a view only if you were standing up. if you sat down all you could see was the roof.

The rooms were in fact very spacious suites, with a large living room with a separate desk area as well, coffee and hot cocoa available for free, and both our rooms had rather large terraces. Comfortable, clean and quiet, all we wanted. The breakfast was good, the staff very friendly and helpful, and bonus points, they had a good selection of loose teas, with separate cups and strainers, and a samovar. I loved it! That’s very rare for hotels, they usually just provide those awful tea bags, so I appreciated this touch.

The wifi. We frankly didn’t manage to connect at all, because the option of a pop up where we could enter the code we were given just didn’t show up on any of our tablets. My partner tried to explain the issue at reception but they couldn’t figure it out, so in the end we dropped. We just used our phones and 4G connections to look up the tourist info we needed and we didn’t care about the wifi in the end. It was no real problem for our 2 night stay but someone staying longer may find this a bit frustrating.

Great location, comfortable and good breakfast. Some things could be better.

We enjoyed the location very much and had a nice view of the lake from the balcony. Breakfast was also very good, but not extraordinary. The room was comfortable, as we slept very well. We had extra towels in the room, so we didn't have to ask for any.

The shower was quite poor quality, as we practically flooded the bathroom and had to use extra towels to dry it up, since it lacks an enclosure. We also didn't like the carpeting, as it surely is hard to clean. We've spotted some dead flies, probably smacked by previous travelers onto the wall.

Be aware of opening hours of reception

Beautiful location, good facilities and decent price. The staff is for the rest very friendly and helpful.

The reception opening and closing times. I arrived at 1040 in the morning, and the reception was closed. Also not reachable by phone. Reception would open ONLY at 2Pm. Meaning, I would have to wait for almost 3.5 hrs. I was persistant and a cleaning lady opened the door for me and checked if my booked room was available. Which luckily it was. So I thank the cleaning ladies for helping me out. Of course I understand that checking in is usually only around 2 or 3 pm, but closing the reception and not being able to reach anyone, I have never experienced anywhere I go, and I have been to many hotels.

Good

Arrived with Booking.com reservation but the hotel had no reservation for me. Very strange and this is the first time this has occurred with Booking.com. The htel front desk manager did provide us with a room without a view of the lake but for 1 night we were tired and didn't want to drive anymore so we took it.

They could have had my reservation in their system.

Empehlenswert!

TOP Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, gutes und umfangreiches Frühstück, obwohl Hotel kaum belegt war. Wir kommen wieder. Unseren beiden kleinen Hunden hat´s auch sehr gut gefallen. Rund um´s Hotel nur Natur!

Uitstekend hotel , met vriendelijk personeel

Ontbijt was perfect, ondanks dat wij mijn partner en ik de enigste gasten waren ! Ook het feit dat men zelf handdoeken en douchegel kan pakken wanneer deze nodig zijn is tekenend voor de perfecte service !!

Prima verblijf

Ruime schone kamer en een goed ontbijt.

Voor en hond betaal je 10 euro per nacht. Als je 4 nachten verblijft verwacht ik voor dat geld wel een tussentijdse schoonmaak. Deze was er niet. Schone handdoeken en toiletpapier kan je zelf uit een kast in de gang pakken als je het nodig hebt.

Guten Lage, gutes Frühstück kleine Sauna und Fitnessraum. Kostenfreie Handtücher und Pflegeprodukte .

Meine Dusche war an den unteren Rändern schon etwas verrostet. Zimmer Eingangstür hat keine separate Verriegelung. Die Fenster nach hinten auf Garagendachhöhe haben keine Sicherheitsverrieglung. Das Hotel liegt sehr abgelegen .

Auf jeden Fall das Frühstück und die wunderschönen Zimmer mit einem fantastischen Blick auf dem Sonnenuntergang über dem See

Der Wellnessbereich war etwas lieblos und die Sauna ist so undicht das man kaum Hitze reinbrachte die Tür hat rechts und links teilweise 2 cm Breite spalten .. Am Boden wären auch rutschfeste Matten sinnvoll
