Handy accommodation on the outskirts of Paris.
Quiet little house in the back garden of the owner's house, very well appointed, comfortable bed(s), great WiFi, lots of plugs. Good choice of restaurants within walking distance. Small lake nearby with walks in the area. The RER Railway line (end station) is only a few minutes walk from the accommodation.
The king-size bed upstairs is very low to the ground. An adult cannot stand at that level due to the sloping roof. Although not a problem, the access to the house is through the owner's garage.

Tranquil and functional cottage for a brief stay.
Walking distance to Domaine de Saint-Paul, where I was on a work trip for a few days. The tranquillity of the property and surroundings. The property was perfect for the purpose of my stay - a stopover before moving onto south Paris. I stayed on my own for one night. The house is a detached little cottage in the garden of the main house and it feels tranquil. They left beers in the fridge, which was a nice surprise!
It was all fine - the only problem is that I wasn't able to lock the door when going out, only when inside, and even in this case, it didn't seem 100% locked. Because the cottage is in the garden of the main house, and to leave the gated property one has to go through a closed garage anyway, it felt kinda safe, kind of. I would have appreciated two towels rather than one and two soaps/gels, one at the bathroom sink, one for the shower, but no big deal!

Le logement en lui même etait neuf,propre , équipé du minimum et proche de la gare
Il fallait passer par un garage non éclairé avec deux portails électriques pour chacune des entrées sorties et on arrivait dans un petit jardin attenant à la maison et au fond de celui ci une petite maisonnette . finalement on a eu de la chance qu’il faisait mauvais, parce que s’il avait fait beau, on aurait pas pu profiter du jardin puisque celui-ci était commun. Nous passions qu’une nuit, mais je pense qu’il y aurait pu y avoir un minimum d’hospitalité en laissant un sachet de thé, un sachet de café, un sachet de sucre et un petit flacon de gel douche ou une dosette même savon, il y avait rien de tout cela . Le pire ça a été le lit qui était en hauteur comme dans une petite mezzanine avec un toit hyper bas où il m a été totalement impossible d’être debout, voir même voûtée pour rentrer dans le lit. Limite j’étais de l’autre côté, il m’a fallu ramper pour sortir du lit sans réveiller la personne près de moi .

Séjour agréable
Séjour 1 nuit 10/2025. Hôtes bien organisés et à l'écoute, présents à l'arrivée. Lieu calme. Propreté impeccable. Appartement état neuf, très fonctionnel, lumineux mais avec des fenêtres munies de volets pour l'occultation la nuit. Bonne literie.

La proximité avec la gare est un atout. Les hôtes sont adorables, très disponibles et avenants. Le calme et la verdure du jardin sont un plus.
Il manquait certains éléments du quotidien dans le logement (torchon, balai), mais rien de très embêtant pour le séjour.

Le cadre environnemental, la proximité des transports et des commerces et l'accueil chaleureux de l'hôte.
Quelques difficultés à fermer et ouvrir la porte du studio..serrure un peu dure..

L'emplacement à deux pas de la station RER et des commerces est parfait. Hôte très accueillante. Charmante petite maison refaite à neuf avec l'utilisation de beaux matériaux. Le grand lit double en mezzanine (2x90 cm) Endroit calme et paisible. A noter que la cafetière est une Tassimo.
