Good enough

Location. There is a big park outside.

The weblink to deposit wasn't working and we spent a lot of time to solve it and get enter the apartment. Additionally, we had difficulty to find parking. It was full. The communication needs to be better. The bed is not comfortable.

Convenient, but not suitable for families with young kids and accessibility

The location of the property is ideal. It is 900 m away from the train station and outside the city. There is a maze outside the premises of the flats which the kids enjoyed.

The property is not accessible friendly there are steps that you have to climb up not suitable for young children or people with disabilities. This was not very clear on the booking. When we first entered the house it smelled of mould. There was mould in the toilet and the beds were not as presentable as they are in the pictures. The cupboards don’t work as they were stuck. They were not ceiling lights but only lamps in the rooms. The parking is first come first serve basis it’s not guaranteed and the flat was a bit of a distance away from the parking.

I couldn’t work out how to get the heaters to work. Parking was quite busy, but that may have been due to being during the Christmas and New Year period.

Location appartement

Le calme et la sécurité d'une résidence privée et fermé. Logement très spacieux et lumineux, très bien équipé, parfait pour envisager un long séjour Le parking souterrain Très bon contact avec Antoine et Salwa les propriétaires.

Le seul vrai désagrément c'était un claquement non stop entendu dans les chambres qui semblent venir de l'étage supérieur

Catastrophique

Nous n'avons pas pu intégrer l'appartement. Car lorsque nous sommes arrivés à 21h . C est ce jour là que nous avons été informé par SMS qu'il fallait déposer une caution de 500 euros préalablement à la remise des clés. Et les clés ne nous ont pas été remis

Calme, très basique.

Le calme de la résidence, pas de circulation de véhicules, et sa situation proche des arbres. La sympathie des propriétaires.

Les chaises ne sont pas stables. ( décollées ou dévissées? ) Le manque de produits vaisselle et de toilette, tapis de bain, mais nous avons été vite ravitaillé par les propriétaires. Pas de sèche cheveux alors qu'il est indiqué dans l'annonce. De la poussière sous les lits. Il n'y a pas d’alèse sur les matelas.

Week-end sur Paris/Versailles

Calme, espace, proximité des commodités. Parking disponible dans la résidence (même si pas beaucoup de place) et en dehors.

Instruction pour récupération des clés et badges claires mais pas très pratiques. Manque de plats pour le four et grosses casseroles. Juste 4 serviettes alors que 5 personnes prévues .

style du logement plutot sympa

malheureusement nous n'avons pas pu avoir le logement réservé mais un autre logement proposé par les propriétaires suite à une fuite d'eau. le logement etait soit disant sur classé mais sale des vetements sales dans les placards de la salle de bain les joints de la douche : honteux les rideaux du salon : d'un gris etincelant de la moisissure dans les verres le lave vaisselle avec une odeur nauséabonde les WC du rez de chaussée puent et j'en passe.... très décue, les propriétaires m'ont proposé de partir et d'avoir un remboursement à 23h35 alors que j'étais avec mes enfants. Aucun geste commercial : remboursement du ménage par exemple
