Le Cosy Lily - This charming 3-room apartment of 65 m2, in a quiet area, ideally located in a suburban and very bright area, has been completely renovated recently to offer you quality services and a neat and contemporary decoration. It consists of an entrance, a spacious living room facing South opening onto a pleasant balcony (view of the gardens of the surrounding houses), very functional and perfectly equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one of which has a fitted work area), shower room and separate toilet.
The accommodation:
The living room has a lounge area with convertible leather sofa, coffee table and television, as well as a dining room with round table and chairs. Access to the balcony (where you can have lunch/dinner for two).
The kitchen is functional and fully equipped with large appliances (hood, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine), but also small appliances (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.)
The sleeping area, which is quite distinct, is served by a corridor that distributes the 2 bedrooms, the bathroom and the separate toilet.
Several comfort accessories are also provided: hairdryer, ironing board/iron, drying rack, fans...
A welcome tea and coffee kit is offered on arrival.
Traveller access:
You will have independent access to the entire accommodation.
Geographically, the accommodations are located, by car, 12 minutes from Versailles, 5 minutes from the Golf National de St Quentin en Yvelines and 7 minutes from the Vélodrôme National. A bus stop at the foot of the building serves the Gare de Saint Quentin (Montigny le Btx) in 10 minutes. This station will take you in 25 minutes to Paris Montparnasse (direct - line N) and in 30 minutes to La Défense (direct - line U).
