Location is brilliant. Walking distance to everything you need in Alnwick. Bonus points for having a dedicated car park space to the rear. Bedrooms spacious. There were just 4 of us so we didn't need the 3rd bedroom. Lounge could have done with another sofa/armchair if there are more than 4 people staying.

This is a lovely property in a good part of the town, close to the centre but away from too much noise. It’s nicely furnished and decorated.
The property could do with a deep clean. Lots of hanging cobwebs, and walls that need cleaning or a lick of paint. It could also use some more oven trays as there are none, meaning the grill and oven were not useable. We went over Christmas and while the heating schedule was fine, it could do with some blankets to make it more comfortable.

The decor ideas were nice through out and had some lovely features and fittings. Rooms were nice sizes, bathrooms were nicely done again with nice fixtures and decor, reasonable price.
There was no sign to say this property was no1 on any of the doors so took us a little time to find it. Living room sofa was a bit small and uncomfortable there was 5 of us on this stay and only a 2 seater sofa and a chair. paint work was a bit patchy could do with a good paint job. Freezer was broken not ideal in the summer months if you want ice.
