The location of the property was excellent, only a short walk to the centre of Alnwick and very easy to find. The property is over three floors, with the kitchen/diner on the ground floor, living room, first bedroom and bathroom on the first floor and bedrooms 2 and 3 and a shower room on the second floor. All the facilities were excellent and the property was in very good condition and also very clean.
There is no allocated parking for the property so you have to use the visitor parking spaces. This turned out ok, and we only had to park in the layby opposite on one occasion.
With the windows open at the front of the property, there is some traffic noise from the main road.

Lovely house with good sized rooms. Clean and obviously well looked after. Margaret has thought of everything and it had all that we needed. Towels, first aid kit (my daughter needed a plaster one day), tea, coffee and all the kitchen facilities that one would need. Shampoo, soap etc in bathrooms. Hairdryer in bedroom. Games in the living room for all ages. A brilliant place to stay, we would highly recommend and would love to return.

Everything really, nice modern accommodation and it is probably nicer than the advert. Managed to get a parking space everytime. Beds are comfortable, showers are nice. Honestly a lovely place to stay.
Possibly the only improvement would be to connect the main TV to an aerial so that you can get regular channels. Very minor though. Oh and maybe an airer (might be one but didn't see it).

Beautiful property in a perfect spot in Alnwick , in walking distance to the stunning town centre. Lovely and clean with comfortable beds and seating areas.
