The unit is nice- remember that this is NOT Key West. Par 3 / 9 hole across the street, easy walk to the beach/park. The maintenance guy said updates are better than most of the units in Marathon (Key Colony) and Vacasa was easily for issues like broken blinds and ACAissues.
