About this house rental
Discover 'Keys Style' living in either one of these two bedroom, two bath half duplexes in Key Colony Beach. Dine and relax outside in the shade of the Tiki hut next to the water, surrounded by palm trees, while enjoying the breeze! Decorated beautifully with original artwork, wood carvings, sculptures and bamboo furniture ! Enjoy the view of the canal from your tropical living room. Master bedroom has a King bed, and the guest bedroom contains a queen bed. Spacious kitchen with granite counter tops, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, and customer butcher block dining table inside, and four seat dining table outside under the Tiki hut. Both units have central air conditioning, and an outdoor gas barbeque complete with propane tanks. Both the living room and King bedrooms have televisions. Conveniently located with easy, immediate access to the Ocean, and the Gulf through Vaca Cut within minutes of the world's best fishing, snorkeling, and diving. Dock is 37 feet long with fresh water, fish cleaning table and bait freezer. This property will make you want to experience 'Tiki Time' for your tropical time outs year after year!
An added bonus – the private Cabana Club pool & beach membership is included with these units, which allows you access to a private beach and heated pool within blocks of the Tiki’s and right on the Ocean !

This place was absolutely perfect for us. We had two adults. Having the outside fridge and freezer to be able to use for additional things was very convenient. Having the boat slip and dock for our friends to pick us up on their way out to the waters was great. The king size bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Location was great, not far from anything you need and restaurants. This place has everything you would need and want for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend!! Thank you!!!

We were very pleased with the property, the location and access to the Cabana Club. The place was spotless and suited our needs. I bicycle and my husband golfs, so this Key was perfect for us. It's a par three course but he still got to swing his clubs.

The property had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer. Comfortable beds and furniture. A nice place to relax outside along the canal and we could fish in the canal. Everything was clean. Plenty of room for everyone. Getting in and out was easy. We didn't need to contact anyone for anything.

This was perfect for our family. It has good parking and a boat dock. The dock has some uneven boards and no cleats. There is a fish cleaning station and hose on the dock. The tiki hut and lounge chairs for outside living are perfect. It has a grill and laundry facility. Although outdated, the furnishings were comfortable and functional. The lighting was not great and many lamps were broken. The blinds in the living room were not functional but we had them open most of the time for the view. A few notes- there is a renovation happing next door that looks to be in the early stages as of July 2025. It was loud during the day and we were unable to be outside during the day. The place also has an ant problem. I had to keep all food in ziplock bags and was constantly wiping the counters in the kitchen and family bathroom. Finally, this home was not well stocked with necessary home items. There was half a roll of paper towels and 3 rolls of TP when we arrived. No trash bags, ziplock bags, Kleenex, laundry soap, dish soap, cleaning supplies, napkins, extra paper towels or TP, coffee, etc. There were very few spices. We had to get all of those things so thankfully there were groceries stores close. There was a good assortment of cookware and a very easy kitchen to cook in. All of that being said, we would stay here again. You can’t beat the location and boat access. It has access to a beach Cabana Club with a pool for those who don’t like to boat. It wasn’t fancy but perfect for us!
