Rose All Day is a stunning updated 2bed/2bath half duplex in Key Colony Beach. The property features dockage, cabana club access, outdoor living space with outdoor TV and bar area plus so much more!
The living, kitchen & dining are open concept with vaulted ceilings. There is a 65in flat screen. Off the living space is a balcony that overlooks west ocean drive with comfortable seating for all.
Master bedroom has a king bed with 65 in mounted flat screen and en suite bathroom. Guest bedroom has two twin beds. There is another full bath in the hallway. Sleeper sofa in living room too.
Wood step down dock that can handle up to a 23' boat (the dock is 30'). Cabana Club memberships included.
Amenities: 2 grills (upstairs & downstairs), bait freezer, beach toys, beach chairs, paddle boards, outdoor bar, & so much more!
This property is dog friendly so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking - dogs under 50lbs only. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. No cats or other animals allowed at this property.

This is the first time my husband and I have stayed in Key Colony area. The rental was in a perfect location! You can walk to Sunset Park, Key Colony restaurant, the cabana club, Havana Jacks and Sparkys. The property was comfortable and had what we needed. The place does need some updates.

We loved Key Colony Beach and this house! The master bedroom has the most comfortable bed ever. My back usually hurts after staying in hotels and rentals but I had no issues here! Very clean, spacious and vibrant house! We had the shades open on the huge windows all through the living room everyday! The balcony windows from her rooms were great! The covered parking was great for our jeep as we brought it without the top. The back deck area was great also! We loved looking at all the boats, fishing, and seeing the marine life! I would definitely stay here again!

We were very happy with this property. Everything was very clean and had everything included. The back patio was perfect! We sat every morning with our coffee overlooking the water. The property manager was very helpful with all our needs. I would stay here again.
