About this apartment rental

Beautiful 2/1.5 condo in Coco Plum. The complex overlooks a wide canal with amazing views. The unit does not have water views but the canal is a short walk less than a minute.. This unit is fully stocked and ready for your vacation needs! You have boat dockage with your rental, fish cleaning station, boat ramp privileges and a pool. The condo has WIFI for your internet needs. Each room has a brand new queen mattress. Brand new leather sofas in the living room. There is coin operated laundry on site.

1 pet under 20lbs allowed with approval from Property Mansger and payment of a pet fee.

No smoking allowed.

Everything was perfect clean and easy. The only thing we didn’t realize we were on top floor with steps. Husband has trouble with stairs but probably our fault. Beautiful inside and beds were great!! Very cute and Beachy which I love

The host reached out asking if we had a boat, needed anything special, and once there if we were comfortable. She was very attentive and hospitable.
