Island paradise lives up to its name. The home is large and bright with clean, comfortable furnishings. I truly felt at home in the house and community. Our two couples had plenty of room, never feeling crowded. Each morning started with coffee out back, sitting canal side and watching the boats idle by. After each amazing day spent exploring, swimming, shopping in the keys, we returned to the back yard, the lounge chairs, the canal for our own happy hour. The community meets at Sunset Park each evening for singing, chatting, and a nice walk or bike ride to end the day. No one is a stranger for long in Key Colony, but we also were not pestered, if you get what I mean. Young and young at heart fit right in. The community pool and restaurant were better than expected. The food and drink service is very affordable and quite good. The beach is perfect for a relaxing swim and there's plenty of lounge chairs available. Marathon is my favorite location in the keys. It has everything you'd want whether you fish or not, and all other keys are just a short drive away. Best of all, our property manager, Katie, ensured all went smoothly, no matter the issue, and I am truly grateful for her patience and professionalism. She is a cut above!

The house is very spacious, and it has all of the appliances you would need. The house is very clean and organized. The neighborhood is very safe and clean. The fishing off of the dock was great. The property manager was very nice and easy to communicate with! I would recommend this house for sure!

This large beautiful home was clean, accommodating, and comfortable for our family of 5. Located directly on a peaceful boating canal with clear blue waters loaded with colorful parrotfish. Communication with our rental agent Katie Carrillo from Rentals in Paradise was easy, quick, and pleasant. Would definitely recommend!!
