All beach services are managed by La Dolce Vita under agreement with the Pelican Beach Resort Owners' Association. Policies are applicable to all guests and owners of the resort. Beach setups may be rented directly on the beach the day of, based on availability.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Start out this condo was the first one when you get there. The room 504 is right when you turn off the elevator. Which is a plus with kids. The water park, Beach, great food is all walking distance. They had everything you could need if you forgot something.

Our family chose this condo for our stay for three reasons, it was a 3 minute walk to the beach, updated decor and furniture, and the price! The condo had everything needed to accommodate a family of 5. The kitchen was stocked with plates, coffee mugs, and a good amount of pots and pans which allowed for us to cook breakfast and a family dinner. The fountain and beach views from the balcony were stunning and so peaceful. We will be looking forward to more stays with Vacasa!

The condo itself was clean, very spacious and had a gorgeous view of the surrounding area. I had one, very large complaint about our overall stay though. My family and I were told on the 4th day of our 6 day stay that our water heater was leaking and would need to be replaced. They told us the hot water would need to be turned off just for the night and it would be replaced in the morning. Maintenance in the building never returned the next morning, nor were they available in their office. We called and sent multiple messages to the vacasa team in Destin, never receiving any response on the matter. My family and I were forced to find other places to take hot showers the rest of our stay. As much as we enjoyed our vacation, no hot water put a very large damper on the end of our stay. I do not recommend booking through vacasa, absolutely horrible communication.
