It has a cosy kitchenette equipped with a large fridge with freezer, a toaster, an electric kettle for tea, and an electric coffee machine, perfect for those who like to start the day with a hot drink. In addition, the studio is equipped with a windowed shower-WC, underfloor heating to ensure a cosy environment at all times, TV, safe, and Wi-Fi, to satisfy all your entertainment and comfort needs.
Outside, in addition to the sunny terrace, you will have access to a communal garden, where you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings or socialise with other guests. Although barbecues are not permitted and pets are not allowed, the garden offers ample opportunity to relax outdoors, including using the swimming pool located in our olive grove (open from 1 June to 10 September). In addition, the owner lives on the property, guaranteeing immediate assistance with any needs.
