The Appartment Giardino is on the 1st floor in a building (Residence Giardino), set in a quiet position, in a closed garden with garage for bikes, parking area, lift and heating.
This nice and large apartment, 60 mq, equipped for 2 or 3 people, is only 15 minutes on foot far from the beach and from the historical centre of Malcesine.
The living room, with a couch bed for 1 Schild, TV-SAT, safe box, has a french door opening onto one of the two balconies with table and seats, and a lake and mountain view. In a part of the living room is situated the nice kitchen, which has a huge fridge with freezer, 4 fire hob, microwave, toaster, water boiler, coffee maschine; the kitchen is extremely well equipped (with ample crockery, utensils & cutlery). The large double room has two comfortable twin beds. Large bathroom with shower and window.

All was good with the welcome, the location and the apartment.
The only negative was the bed(s). These were single and very small. Not what I would expect from an apartment at this great location. Otherwise all was fantastic.

Lovely traditional holiday apartment in a stunning location. The flat was within a small block of new looking flats surrounded by enclosed beautiful gardens. The area was quiet and relaxing and as stated only 15 minutes from either the lake or Malcesine which had all the amenities you could possibly want in an idyllic town centre.
The property was clean and well maintained and although not "ultra modern" had everything you needed with a powerful shower! The only thing missing from the kitchen was an oven (there was a microwave.)
The lovely owner provided excellent customer service especially when our bank managed to lose our deposit - she reserved the property for us anyway and we paid her in full when we got there. She also gave us use of the pool at her other holiday accommodation (a short 5 minute walk away) which had spectacular views across the lake.
Lots to do in the area with many beautiful towns to visit and not too far from the historic cities of Verona and even Venice (recommend the train from Peschiera to Venice). All the restaurants in the harbour in Malcesine looked lovely - we ate in the one on the end which had you feel like you were sitting in the lake - absolutely beautiful. If you fancy a trip up Mount Baldo in the cable car on a nice day go very early or expect to queue for a very long time...we gave up and went back on a not so nice day - the views were still pretty amazing.
We would definitely recommend to couples.
