This house is perfect! Very clean and nicely updated. Brand new appliances in kitchen and nicely remodeled bathrooms with heated floors. The hot tub was clean and the ocean view was amazing! Will definitely rent again! Host responds very quickly to questions. Great vacation rental!

Easy beach access- walkable to restaurants. view is minimal unless you are sitting on the front porch. Obstructed vies from inside house . Minimal privacy, neighbors are right there on either side. Very comfortable and well equips.

Frequent VRBO user, first time at this location. The place was beautiful and had wonderful beach access. However, I would suggest putting a little info on some things. Like how to completely shut off the shower (this was very difficult due to how it is done), how to work the light switches, and better instructions for the stove. Also, we had no wifi because the router was broken. This resulted in us using up all of our data on our phones so we could at least listen to music. I would also suggest some privacy screening or an over head cover for the hot tub. It was a little weird that the neighbors on both sides had 2 stories with windows looking right down where the hot tub is located. We had quite a few onlookers. This felt a little weird so we didn't use it much.
