The house is a bit quirky in layout. I didn’t realize there was only one shower for 6 guests. The house was clean and well stocked. The back deck view is lovely and the walk to the beach is easy and short. (The path is well maintained). The train to Girabaldi does rattle the house but it only comes by a few times during the day (and not at night).

We enjoyed the coziness of the home and that we could see the oven from the couches! The trail to the beach was nice and so close! Very clean place just needed a dishcloth and some dawn soap we will plan another stay for sure !

Simple beach cabin with lovely view of the ocean and short walk to the beach. Very clean.

The location is great. Right on the beach. The online listing is accurate as far as it goes, citing new appliances (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster). The listing is silent on the pots and pans and utensils, which were minimal at best - 4 frying pans, one 3 quart pot (no lid), a crockpot, and two large kettles suitable for steaming crab), two glass bowls and one large metal bowl..
A more complete set of pots with lids, mixing bowls, and metal serving bowls would have been nice.. would have allowed us to cook a complete meal without having to wash and reused pots. A few hundred dollars at a 2nd hand store would do the trick. We'll bring a set of pots, cast iron pans and bowls the next time.
