About this apartment rental
Our house is located in a very quiet place, in a typical neighborhood of the city where art galleries combine perfectly with neighborhood cafes and small grocery stores where you can buy fresh vegetables and fruit. It is without a doubt a very "sophisticatypical" neighborhood.
Rosário 75 is a fully independent house, located in the arts district with capacity for 2 people with a bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen equipped with refrigerator, stove, dishes and utensils that allow you to cook from breakfast to, why not, a special dinner!
It is part of an old house, just renovated in March 2014 with all the comforts and amenities. It has a TV and wireless internet in case you have some spare time!
Due to its excellent location you are 10 minutes walking distance from downtown Porto with all its monuments, history, restaurants and bars, and 15 minutes walking distance from Boavista, where the highlight is obviously Casa da Música! And of course, right in the middle of the arts district and the many art galleries, clothing and vintage furniture stores.
Note: the apartment has only one window in the bedroom, which may result in less natural light and ventilation than some guests might expect.

This apartment is in a great location, an easy and short walk to the centre of Porto, the river and the main station to Porto Airport. It is well furnished with very comfortable beds and spotless bedding.
