Palazzina dove sta l'appartamento molto trasandata, problemi con la doccia segnalati e facilmente sistemabili. Porta finestra da su un tetto con copertura in catrame senza protezioni. Dimensioni un po' strette, anche se in tutto il Portogallo le ho sempre trovate così...

Localização excelente. Comunicação com os anfitriões. Estúdio tem todo o necessário para alguns dias na cidade. Cozinha básica para refeições ligeiras. Lugar muito silencioso.

Has anything you need - TV, washing machine, fridge etc
There's no soundproofing whatsoever. There's constant noise from all sides - especially from the next door. The TV remote doesn't work properly. Instead of a terrace, there's a roof with people walking on it and peering in the window, which has only roller blinds for the night. The tap water is yellow. The shower water flows into the hallway big time.
