Dream On - Palace Penthouse

Everything!

Truly exceptional property. Beautifully furnished and so spacious. Quality finishes throughout.

Nothing at all.

The nicest apartment we stayed in a month of travelling. we had a large group and the apartment was amazing. So much space, plenty of cutlery and crockery, beautiful linen on the beds, very quite street and a supermarket down the road. there was also one of the best restaurants we ate at in our travels only a few metres down the road - Restaurante 1858.

nothing

Apartment was spacious and very clean. the kitchen was well equiped. The apartment was located in a nice road near to supermarket and coffee shops if needed for breakfast. There was also easy walking access to the town centre.

We had difficulty to find the keys which were in a lock box hidden behind a external drainage pipe on the other side of the road whose owner said that no permission was given for this. There was in general a lack of human contact besides no one to receive us and give the keys, the telephone number was never answered and all communication was by messages. There were no written instructions on use of airconditioning, television, rubish disposal etc. After the first day without air conditioning a third party technician arrived to reset the airconditioning to function, he also promised to send a video on using the TV but none arrived so we spent our entire stay without its use. The rental office although replying to our messages seemed more interested in selling us tourist tours. Our experience would have been much improved by a more personal touch for such a luxury apartment.
