Check-in is very simple - there's a door code, and you don't need any keys. There's a wide variety of dishes.
The hair dryer in the second-floor bathroom wasn't working, and we couldn't figure out the coffee maker—something wasn't working, and water was leaking out the side. It would be more convenient if there were a dishwasher.

Adorámos a estadia. A casa era muito espaçosa, ideal para conviver em família, estava equipada com tudo o que precisávamos e tinha uma excelente localização, perto de tudo. Recomendo!

Wine and biscuits were a nice gesture

Pillows need replacing
No bath mats so floors got very wet. We used towels.
New silicone needed in downstairs shower as it is covered in black mould.
Crockery needs checked. More tumbler style glasses and bigger cups are needed.
Bottle opener was broken before we tried to use it.
No shelves in cupboards available due to extra bedding being stored there.
Sofas uncomfortable.
