Apartment Boavista Roundabout by SweetPorto

Overall amazing property. Be prepared for thin walls but other than that no complaints!

This property was very clean - which is a bonus. It is overlooking a very busy roundabout - so it will be noisy. On the top of this there is a hospital nearby, so it ambulance noise will also be unavoidable. There is an AC, however, if you set it to be colder than 22 it will start leaking water... This is not a new apartment and it could really do with renovation - especially bathroom. But it's not all bad - standard is low, but it's clean and it is cheap. So really, it all boils down to what are you looking for.

Very cozy apartment

This is a great apartment at a very good price. The apartment was clean and tidy. I did not use it, but the kitchen was equipped with everything you need if you wanted to cook during your stay. The apartment was in a good location, the Metro station, Casa da Musica is only a 3 minute walk away with several lines passing through to take you to the centre of Porto. There is also a Spar supermarket just outside the Metro station and a Lidl about a 10 minute walk away. The only complaint was that the walls were very thin and you could hear a lot of noise from the apartments above and next door. It was also slightly confusing to gain entry into the apartment with the keypad system, but once we were in it felt secure.
