有電梯！因此行李較重的旅客也不用擔心；我在樓梯上弄丟了我的手機，他們找到了它並且保管得很好，真的超級感謝！只要有入住就有免費放行李的資格，因此即便太早到還無法checkin也可以寄放行李；附了一瓶免費的白酒。
Lounge跟reception跟住宿的這間apartment其實在三個位置並有一個長長的坡，要拿行李的時候稍微覺得有點不方便；公寓內沒有洗衣機。

Did not have the breakfast. Location was good. Supermarkets very close by. Apartment itself was very comfortable
A washing machine would have been good and a line somewhere to hang clothes. More than one set of keys would have been useful, we were a party of 5 and were not always together so awkward to coordinate keys to get back in, or if the keys could have been left in the lock box for the person returning that would have been useful

Location was good. Facilities e.g shopping, cafes and restaurants excellent.
Transport links close by.
Left bottle of wine for us.
Air Con in property.
No stair rail from street entrance door up to lift.
Noise from street all through day and night ( sirens from ambulances, police cars & fire service. Motor bikes revving & speeding down street. People shouting. Bins being emptied early hours of morning. Even with double glazing noise could still be heard.
There was no respect for people wanting to sleep.
