About this house rental
The "OLIVAL HOUSE" consists of a building with 3 floors, from the XIX century, recently restored and located in the heart of the Historic Center of Porto (World Heritage).
It has two independent tourist units, one of which is this PRIVATE SUITE which is located on the first floor of the building and consists of a bedroom with bathroom independent from the rest of the house.
It is therefore a perfect unit for a well-deserved vacation in a city full of charms and with so much to offer.
MUNICIPAL TOURISM RATE

Who pays?
The tourist tax is charged on guests over the age of 13, payable per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights per stay.
Who is not subject to the fee?
a) Guests whose stay is motivated by medical treatment, extending to a companion, provided that a document proving marking / provision of medical services or equivalent document is presented.
b) Guests with a disability of 60% or more, provided they present proof of the condition.

In tourist developments (hotels, inns, etc.) and establishments of local accommodation in the modality of
asleep
What is the rate?
2 € per night and per person up to a maximum of 14 € (7 nights followed by stay / person).
When and where do you pay?
The payment of the municipal tourist tax is due at the beginning of the stay in a single installment and charged by this local accommodation establishment.

We arrived early but our host made sure everything was perfect when we arrived. The room is at a perfect location. Everything is clean and there was some port,coffee,tea etc. No complaints. We enjoyed our stay here.

Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet und klein, aber es ist alles vorhanden was für einen Kurztrip wichtig ist. Es liegt in einer schmalen Seitengasse und ist wahrscheinlich ruhig gelegen. Porto hatte an unserem Wochenende ein großes Fußballevent und die gesamte Stadt war in Feierlaune.
Die nächste Tramstation ist nur ein paar hundert Meter entfernt, Bars, Restaurants, Geschäfte und auch sonst ist alles fußläufig erreichbar.
Dulce und Valentim waren innerhalb des gemieteten Zeitraums immer ansprechbar und haben auch ein Taxi vom Flughafen zum Apartment organisiert. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos und Valentim richtete sich nach unserem Flug. Beim nächsten Besuch in Porto werde ich das Apartment auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Vielen Dank euch beiden!
