La seconda giornata si è riempita d acqua a causa di un infiltrazione, abbiamo aspettato 2 ore il proprietario che ha asciugato il pavimento. Tempo perso, per fortuna la valigia era chiusa altrimenti tutta l acqua sporca che ci è caduta sopra avrebbe bagnato i vestiti. Per il problema Booking ci ha dato 10 euro di credito, il proprietario solo un “sorry”, il gruppo che gestisce le case proprio niente. L aria in casa era umida in quanto la parete di pietra è rimasta bagnata.

Excellent location with many restaurants and bars nearby and walkable distance to many sites. Very clean. Good Sound insulation for the windows. Extra pillows provided upon request. Comfortable bed. Good lighting. Good AC.

Too many messages prior to arrival. Can we get all done in one or two messages? When one is in transit with limited communication is difficult to read so many messages. Asking me to provide arrival time and passport information and select a check in location. Three options provided for check in location and key pick up but the closest one to the property was closed at the time of our arrival as per google maps. It would’ve been nice to be informed when booking that check in location is different from property location. I opted to pay extra 10 Euros for someone to meet me at the property with the key. We were met by Nuno who was very nice!!! But this should have been disclosed at time of reservation. NOT one single hook neither in bathroom nor the studio. When you only get 2 towels for 5 days it’s hard to dry without hooks. Only one nightstand and it’s taken by an unnecessary lamp which keeps sliding down the rounded back of nightstand. other electrical outlets are a bit far away from the bed. Only 1 (old fashion) key per person therefore if it’s 2 people you must return together to apartment or the one arriving first must stay up to open door for the other one. Shower - I am used to small European showers, but not used to hitting the temperature control every time I turn. I am 5‘3“ 135 pounds and had to exercise a lot of caution to avoid scalding water. Inconvenient to have to take garbage out upon checkout when you have to go down 3 long flights of stairs to reach garbage bins and especially after paying a cleaning fee. Clear instructions for the washer/dryer would’ve been nice. Between my husband and I we speak five languages and we also googled instructions and still couldn’t find out the drying cycle. The question is, would I stay there again? Only if they install hooks and provide clear washer/dryer instructions. Oh and a luggage rack would be nice (they’re cheap and you have room below the windows).
