Modern loft w AC Downtown and Metro

The apartment is clean, well decorated, there is a large wardrobe, so you can put your luggage there and enjoy the space without stumbling over open suitcases! The kitchen is new and complete, there is a washing machine, which can be very handy for a longer stay. The location is excellent, in a quiet and narrow street, but only some steps away from a lively neighborhood, with many stores and restaurants. Aliados subway station is within a short walk.

We loved the place. The only downside was carrying the luggage up the stairs (we stayed on a first floor flat). But everything was just fine, I would stay there again, in another visit to Porto.

The wifi wasn’t working and it took 2 days to resolve the problem

I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment is in a fantastic location, close to everything you might want to visit or need. It’s less than a 10-minute walk to the metro. The street is quiet at night, so it’s peaceful for sleeping. Both bus and metro stations are nearby, which makes getting around simple. The room was comfortable, modern, and very clean. All the facilities were excellent and well equipped. The kitchen had everything I needed for cooking, except for a chopping board—though maybe I just missed it. The bed and pillows were super comfortable; I slept like a baby. During my stay, there was a heatwave in Porto, so having the AC made a big difference.

If you arrive from Tridade station, you’ll need to walk up some stairs to reach the building, since taxis and Ubers can’t drop you off right at the door. Even if you come by car from another direction, you’ll still have to walk a bit because cars aren’t allowed on the street. It would be helpful if the host could let future guests know which main road is level with the apartment. This way, guests can tell their Uber where to drop them off or pick them up.

The location is good.

I checked in 15 minutes early and corporate host sent an email - I accessed the apartment without "authorization". Bed hard. Dog barking in the backyard at night and lots of construction in the day - concrete grinder. The couch and chairs could use a cleaning.
