Liiiving in Porto - Downtown Balcony Apartment

Idéalement placé pour tout faire à pieds et à moins de 15 minutes de tous les sites incontournables. Logement très appréciable avec ses deux balcons pour se poser après une journée de marche. De très bons restaurants se trouvent à moins de 3 minutes.

Rue piétonne mais assez bruyante à cause de l'un des bars se trouvant à quelques mètres.

We decided to stay at this property in Porto from February 26th to March 2nd, 2026, after carefully reading the positive reviews left by previous guests. On the first day, around 5:30 pm, my son decided to lie down and rest. After about twenty minutes, the bed completely collapsed. We immediately contacted the property, and a technician arrived only after an hour. Even he, seeing the condition of the bed base, could not believe it: it was completely rotten, as shown in the photos we are attaching. In addition, several bed slats were broken and had not been replaced. It is hard to believe that the property was not aware of the condition of the bed. It is unacceptable to rent out an apartment with furniture in such a state. The technician tried to fix it as best as he could and even apologized for not being able to do more, showing professionalism that we unfortunately did not experience from the management. If I were the owner, I would be ashamed to leave a bed like that for guests. The general condition of the apartment was also disappointing: the window frames had peeling paint, a clear sign of poor maintenance. Moreover, the spiral staircase leading to the upper floor, where the sleeping area is located, is extremely steep and unsafe. You need to be quite athletic to use it. We do not consider it suitable for everyone, especially families or people with reduced mobility. The bathroom has no ventilation system: after just a few minutes of showering, it becomes completely fogged up. There is a small window, but it is not easy to open and, especially in winter, it is not an adequate solution to the problem. Regarding the kitchen, the cutlery, plates and glasses were fine. However, there were no large cups for breakfast. The cookware was completely insufficient: only two very small pots. For cooking during a multi-day stay for three people, pots that small are absolutely not suitable.

Отличные апартаменты для 4 человек. Ванная комната: гель для душа/шампунем, кремом, туалетная бумага. Горячая вода и напор идеальный. Кухня: бумажные полотенца, новый набор тряпочек+жидкость для мытья посуды, капсулы для посудомойки, капсулы для стиральной машины, капсулы для кофемашины, чай, соль. Посуда: чашки (для чая, для кофе в достаточном количестве), бокалы разных видов, тарелки (глубокие, плоские большие/ маленькие), тарелочки для десертов, креманки), набор столовых приборов на 6 персон, разные виды ножей, доски для нарезки, 2 сковородки, 2 кастрюли. Большая плита, посудомойка, микроволновка, тостер, чайник, капсульная кофемашина, стиральная машина, пылесос, швабра+ведро. В спальнях: отличное постельное белье, подушки средней жесткости, на первом этаже кровать более жестка, на 2-ом этаже кровать более мягкая. Для каждого человека по 2 мягких полотенца. Нас было 3 человека и у нас было 4 комплекта полотенец. В душе полотенце для ног. Имеется сушка для белья, утюг, коврик для тренировок и гантели. Мне было очень приятно, что на 4 день пребывания сделали уборку, поменяли белье и полотенца. Мы отдыхали с 31 декабря по 7 января. В данное время в Порту холодновато. В апартаментах имеются 3 кондиционера и обогреватели. Обратите внимание, что для того, чтобы кондиционеры прогрели жилье нужно как минимум несколько часов. Мы столкнулись с проблемой что включив 3 кондиционера и обогреватель пропало электричество. Имейте это ввиду и не включайте это одновременно. Так же электричество может отключаться если включить чайник и кондиционеры. При включении стиралки и посудомойки все работает отлично. Но если вдруг у вас пропадет электричество, то в квартире возле двери есть щиток и там нужно поднять самый крайний правый рычажок вверх и все заработает. Вопрос с электричеством был не приятный, но нам повезло и все исправилось. За эту проблему нам разрешили сделать поздний выезд из апартаментов, нам было очень приятно и мне кажется это отличная компенсация.

в некоторых отзывах писали про муравьев. Так вот муравьев в апартаментах не было. Нам понравилось все. Так же писали про шум из бара, шум был но я бы не сказала, что он может помешать спать.
