1. convenient location in the very centre of the city
2. quiet due to the fact that the windows overlooked the garden (except for the shouts of seagulls).

1. no lift, had to carry heavy suitcases to the 4th floor
2. occasional unpleasant smell of dampness due to air conditioning (on the third day of stay we got sick, maybe it is connected, but we can't say for sure)
3. uncomfortable mattress, the edges of which are slanted to the bottom, because of which you can fall down
4. inconvenient location of sockets behind the bed, wires bend because of the mattress
5. no clean sponge for washing dishes, dishwasher detergent, mosquito nets, cup for toothbrushes, soap dish, shelf for soap products in the shower

Location is great, clean and facilities smart allocation as well.
No elevator to the 4th floor, it’s the first apparent without minimum coffee capsules for the coffee machine. I didn’t use it since could find proper manufacturer for this model. Shower has a bit broken stand.

The location was fantastic and the apartment was great for a short stay. It was nice to have a small kitchen with a fridge.
The bed and pillows were not very comfy. It would have been nice to get clean towels after a few days as there are no windows in the bathroom, therefore the towels become quite damp.

82 scalini, senza ascensore sono stati veramente terribili.
Dopo 3 gg ho chiesto se era possibile avere il cambio degli asciugamani mi è stato risposto che avrei dovuto pagare € 30.00...
