The hotel is exceptional and everyone who I met were very helpful and made it very easy to stay and enjoy the facilities

Very comfortable boutique hotel directly in the centre of Collioure. At the same time very quiet with a wonderful garden and very nice swimming pool area. Rooms have been refurbished recently, so much better than 7 years ago. Friendly and attentive staff. Private carpark a big plus in Collioure.

A wonderful place to stay. Home from home in many ways. Nothing too much trouble for Hugo, Louise and the team in the kitchen at breakfast.

The Staff were all delightful. The breakfast was great - plentiful, varied, high quality. The grounds and pool are lovely, albeit the pool overlooks the busy carpark. Some planting would help mitigate the view and noise.

We had booked a superior room and when we arrived were given a room that looked nothing like the superior rooms pictured. It was like a cheap formica Ikea showroom. I complained and the staff kindly moved us the next day which was great although I note that had I not had the guts to complain, or had there been no alternative available, we would have been in a really inferior tired room at a pretty high cost. From what we saw, generally the rooms could do with a refresh and a few modern upgrades.
